Celebrating the Legacy of Xavier University’s College of Engineering

Since its founding in 1979, the College of Engineering at Xavier University has stood as a beacon of excellence in education and innovation. From humble beginnings with only 374 students and five engineering programs—Chemical, Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering—to its growth into offering Electronics Engineering and Industrial Engineering, the College has nurtured thousands of engineers who continue to create meaningful impact in their respective fields.

We gathered alumni from across generations with great pride to celebrate our collective achievements during the XU Engineering Alumni Grand Homecoming 2024 at the SMDT Event Hall in Cagayan de Oro City. This event reflects the strong bond and shared history that ties us together as engineers and Kagay-anons.
