A Personalized Renovation for Ms. Evangelista
Following detailed consultations with Ms. Evangelista, our team developed a thoughtful and modern design layout that reflects both aesthetic appeal and practical living solutions. Every room was carefully reimagined to maximize space and enhance daily living.

Each bedroom is now designed with clean lines and integrated storage. The custom-built closets feature ample drawers, a vanity nook, and sleek overhead cabinetry. The warm wood finish brings a cozy yet contemporary vibe, while strategic lighting and large louvered windows provide a sense of openness and natural ventilation.
🍽 Dining & Kitchen Area
The new layout connects the kitchen and dining spaces seamlessly. The minimalist kitchen design boasts modern cabinetry, a dual-burner cooktop, and built-in storage for a microwave, ensuring efficiency and accessibility. The dining area is furnished with a solid wood table and cushioned chairs—perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.
🛋 Living Area Upgrade
A striking feature divider subtly separates the dining and living spaces without compromising openness. With a clean and modern aesthetic, the living area is furnished with plush gray seating and a sleek entertainment console—creating the perfect space to relax and unwind.

We incorporated multi-functional design elements throughout, including open shelving, concealed storage, and defined zones for each activity. These features not only optimize the available space but also contribute to a clutter-free and inviting environment.
