The Local Government Unit of Cagayan de Oro (LGU-CDO) actively participated in the 3-day Public Financial Management Competency Program (PFMCP) held from November 5, 2024, at the Limketkai Center. City Administrator Atty. Roy Hilario P. Raagas represented Mayor Klarex Uy, highlighting the administration’s dedication to enhancing financial management practices within the region. The program, organized by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) in collaboration with financial management professionals, aimed to equip local government officials with advanced budget planning and financial transparency skills.
